Our newly-built private luxury villa of a 300 squire meters is set in the quiet area of Gouves, close to Heraklion town as well as to the Airport. Its strategic location makes it easy to explore the island. It is a combination of privacy and short-drive access to the most popular natural and touristic attractions of the island.

But no matter what the location you will want to spend most of your holiday on the villa’s stunning hills and olive garden view outdoor area featured with a half-olympic size swimming pool (25m), surrounded by lounge deck, children playground, children swimming pool, barbecue and pergola-covered dining area. Add some traditional tastes to your daily dinning experience by cutting some fresh Cretan herbs and greens form our private herb garden.

Our priority is a special care for guests with special needs and family with children. An absolutely flat outdoor villa’s space of 4400 square meter makes it safe and easy access for people with special needs and children.

The Olive Sun villa consist of two buildings connecting on a ground level. The villa’s eight (8) bedrooms living spaces can accommodate a group up to sixteen (16) family or friends members. The Olive Sun villa, with its calm earth tone colours specially designed to enhance the relaxing atmosphere.

Each villa’s bedroom as well as en-suits bathroom has its own one-of-kind design. Although all of them have unique common features integrated into a single design concept.

Stunning bright and comfortable indoor living space has a moving glass wall system with a direct access to a pool deck. dining area and TV place for cozy family/friends’ gathering.
